Canon George Sinclair, Lead Pastor, Church of the Messiah, Ottawa.
George studied at the undergraduate and graduate level at Carleton University, received a degree in Sociology. He studied Theology and Pastoral Counselling at St. Paul University where he completed an MA in Pastoral Studies. George was ordained in 1985. And serves as lead pastor of the Church of the Messiah, part of the Anglican Network in Canada (ANiC) and Anglican Church in North America. (ACNA) He currently serves as the Chair of the ANiC task force to make ANiC more deeply biblical at every level. He is the Principal of Ryle Seminary. He is the Chair of the Dig & Delve servant leadership team which puts on a yearly apologetics conference in Ottawa. He speaks regularly on “Good News in the Morning”. He also speaks regularly on Parliament Hill to the Parliament Hill Christian Fellowship. George is an original Council Member for The Gospel Coalition Canada (TGCC).
Jonathan Griffiths, Lead Pastor, The MET, Nepean
Jonathan has been Lead Pastor at The Met since 2016. A native of Toronto, Jonathan lived in the UK for many years, where he most recently served on the staff of the Proclamation Trust in London. He studied theology at the University of Oxford and holds a PhD in New Testament studies from the University of Cambridge. He is the author of a number of books, including Hebrews and Divine Speech (Bloomsbury T&T Clark, 2014), Teaching 2 Timothy (Christian Focus, 2014), and Preaching in the New Testament (IVP, 2017). Jonathan is deeply committed to expository preaching and loves to train and mentor others in Word ministry. He serves on the council of The Gospel Coalition Canada.
Brian is pastor of the Saint Andrew's congregation since 2005, employed half-time with the church. During these years, he has also worked building fences and decks, installing alarm systems, offering premium consumer technical support for Dell Computers, and driven a school bus for a great bunch of kids in Orleans. Associate minister for Evangelism and Leadership Development at Dominion-Chalmers United, Ottawa from 1996-2003. He worked with Dr. Rev Allen Churchill. Brian also worked as Director for Public Policy with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, 2003-2005. Brian has served churches in southern Ontario (South Sauble Beach Community Church; Centennial United, Stayner; Mt. Zion-Carmel United, Morriston) prior to his ordination in 1992, and was minister at King's Point Pastoral Charge, NL from 1992-1996, and until recently served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Golden Lake Church Camp in Deacon, Ontario.
